ANNUAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY

Dear Members of the Swiss Club Miami,

In accordance with Article 7 of our By Laws, we would like to invite you to our Annual General Assembly Meeting will take place on

February 6, 2019 at 7:00 PM

Fritz & Franz Bierhaus at 60 Merrick Way in Coral Gables.

We welcome all Members of the Swiss Club of Miami to attend this important Meeting with the following agenda:

-To receive and, if approved, to adopt the President’s report, the Treasurer’s report including audited accounts for calendar year 2018
-To elect new Members of the Board and/or confirm existing Board Members for calendar year 2019

-To ratify the modification of the By Laws as a result of our name change to Swiss Club Miami
-To transact any other business and/or election as may be proposed by the Board

If any Members would like to have a specific topic to be dealt with at the Annual General Assembly Meeting, please advise our President Bea Schmied by January 14, 2019 the latest, specifying in detail as much as possible the topic.

Immediately following the Annual General Assembly Meeting, we will enjoy our traditional Stammtisch. Chef Harald Neuweg of the Fritz & Franz Bierhaus will prepare special and delicious Swiss meals for us.

We are looking forward to seeing you all on February 6, 2019 at 7:00 pm.
